m: democracy and science well get rise in this new era, an era of the knowledge economy.

比賽要求：每個(gè)同學(xué)的朗誦必須完成三部分內容

�。�3）三篇短文任抽一篇，每人限時(shí)三分鐘，超時(shí)扣分。
評分標準：滿(mǎn)分100分，其中吐字準確50分，朗讀流利15分，語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調15分，表情豐富10分，講禮貌、態(tài)度大方10分，超時(shí)扣5分，不足部分則酌情扣分。我們將去掉評委打的最高分和最低分，最后得出總的平均分。
