各位好，我是來(lái)公司不久，來(lái)接任你們前任經(jīng)理的工作，之前我沒(méi)接觸過(guò)我們部門(mén)的人，對大家不是很了解，但是我從別的地方聽(tīng)說(shuō)了不少關(guān)于咱們的事情，心里覺(jué)得非常榮幸能和我們公司的精英們一起合作。
我想能和大家一起走過(guò)今后奮斗的過(guò)程，是一件讓人心情澎湃的事情。我也非常期望能和大家做生活中的朋友，事業(yè)中的好排擋。我覺(jué)得作為經(jīng)理也是應該多學(xué)習員工們身上閃光的地方，所以今后的生活工作中，大家對于我的錯誤可以提出來(lái)幫助我更好做好經(jīng)理這個(gè)職位的工作。
我對咱們這邊的業(yè)務(wù)還不是很熟悉，希望大家在以后的工作中多多支持，我也會(huì )虛心向大家學(xué)習的，希望在我們一塊合作的日子里，大家能非常愉快的完成每一項工作任務(wù)，謝謝大家。
