　　This summer vacation this year, there is a happy and meaningful!

　　In this year's summer vacation, I was on the track team. This not only enriched my after school life, but also enhanced my physique.

　　The track team, have to sweat, especially in this hot summer, even stay at home, can also be sweating Jia back. On the track team, high leg lifts, small run, these a few action alone but you can't stand. Never expected, the teacher should also let us the wheels run, although running performance has improved, but, my god, do you want to dead tired we!

　　今年的這個(gè)暑假，是有快樂(lè )，又有意義!

　　在今年的暑假里，我參加了田徑隊。這不僅豐富了我的課余生活，還增強了我的體質(zhì)。

　　到了田徑隊，就得流汗，特別是在這烈日炎炎的夏天，就算待在家里不動(dòng)，也能流汗浹背。在田徑隊里，高抬腿、小步跑，光是這幾個(gè)動(dòng)作就已經(jīng)然你受不了了。萬(wàn)萬(wàn)沒(méi)想到的是，老師竟然還讓我們托車(chē)輪跑，雖然跑步成績(jì)有提高，但是，老天爺，你是不是要累死我們啊!
